Cancelation Policy

For our cancelation policy we require 24 hour notice. Debit/Credit card will be taken at the time of booking. This card will only be charged if an appointment is missed. If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours notice a cancelation fee of 30% will be charged to the card on file.

If the client no shows without notice, 50% of the service fee will be applied to the card on file.

If there is no card on file or the card on file is incorrect or expired, the amount of the missed appointment will be owed before another appointment can be scheduled.

Appointments are booked with a precise amount of time for requested services. If you are more than (15 mins late you will be considered a no show and charged accordingly, as not to affect the clients booked after you.

RE-DO POLICY

IF THERE IS SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR COLOR OR CUT THAT YOU DO NOT LOVE AFTER A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, PLEASE CALL TO SPEAK WITH YOUR STYLIST WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOUR ORIGINAL VISIT TO SCHEDULE AN ADJUSTMENT! WE WANT YOU TO LOVE YOUR HAIR AND WILL DO WHAT IT TAKES TO MAKE THAT HAPPEN!

PRODUCT RETURN

Product returned within 7 days of purchase can be exchanged for another product of equal value.

Extensions/Blonding services

Extensions service or a large blonding color appointment requires a

50% deposit to book

At Hair Xpress Beauty Lounge we have the right to refuse any client who displays violent or disrespectful actions. Can also refuse to service a client when we believe the expectations can not be reached or negotiated.
